Rule Check
Lunubet Casino Winnings and Their Terms
The one worry this block answers: whether anything from bonus-funded spins ever turns into money you can withdraw.
Single Set Per Household
One set of spins without deposit per person, household and device, so a second account cannot collect 25CHERRYSPIN twice and its winnings are voided on review.
A Capped Cash-Out
From the 25CHERRYSPIN spins the ceiling is NZ$50, so a lucky run beyond that amount is trimmed before the rest reaches your balance.
Why 60x Applies?
Winnings from those spins carry a 60x wagering factor, which means NZ$144.60 of play at your own stake before the balance frees up.
Read the Bonus Balance
Whatever the Starlight Princess spins produce lands in the bonus balance, so you wager it first and only then request a withdrawal.

For the moment the bonus section looks empty after a claim and you want to know why before writing to support.
Lunubet Casino Slot Lock
Spins attach to one named slot, so opening a different game hides them; return to the slot listed on your offer and they reappear.
Spins Waiting for a Click
A claim still sits unopened in the bonus area of the account until you press to collect it, and 25CHERRYSPIN gives you one day.
Country Restriction
Offers are restricted to New Zealand residents, so an account registered with an address elsewhere will not see the spin entries at all.
Unverified, Unloaded
Verify the phone number and identity documents first, because spins without deposit wait for that confirmation before they load on the slot.
Extra Routes
Lunubet Casino Rewards Small Account Actions
Nobody wants to deposit before testing the slots, so these routes ask only for account steps.

Climb the Monthly Board
Finish high on the monthly leaderboard: the top hundred players take spins as prizes, and ten paid places are on offer.

Lunubet Casino Sets the Order
The worry is a missed step, so the sequence below covers every one in order.
Why Match My ID?
Fill the sign-up form with the same name and birth details printed on your identity document; the no-deposit route may ask you to confirm the phone number first.
Code Before Cash
Open the bonus section and enter the code in the box provided before you deposit; a code typed after the payment clears cannot be applied to that payment.
Spins for a Clean Deposit
Top up by at least the minimum the offer names, avoiding Skrill and Neteller, because deposits through those two wallets do not count towards the spins.
Your Spins Are Waiting
Load the named slot in the browser, not the demo version, and the spins will show as a counter or pop-up once your balance reflects them.

You Walk Away Any Time
Spins arrive with no obligation to keep playing and no requirement to deposit again. Deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion sit in your account settings, and New Zealand support comes from Gambling Helpline New Zealand and The Problem Gambling Foundation of New Zealand.
Self-Exclusion. Closes your account to all play for a period you choose, and nothing reopens it early.
Deposit Limits. Caps how much you can add to the account in a day, a week or a month.
Session Time Reminders. Alerts you at set intervals so a long session is a choice, not a drift.

Check the Fine Print Before You Spin
Six answers cover licence, winnings, stakes and spin values in plain words.
trustHow long is the casino's gaming licence good for?+
Lunubet Casino LLC holds licence ALSI-863284 from the Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority. That authority oversees the casino from Bandar Salaam, Mutsamudu, where the company is registered under number 949392. The licence runs continuously while the operator keeps its audit standing with QUINEL and Gaming Laboratories International.
trustWhat happens when I turn down spins or the bonus cash?+
Declining spins leaves the account untouched, though the code then stops working on that offer. Turning down bonus money after the spins are played does not release the winnings, because those figures stay bonus money until wagering clears. Ask live chat to remove a bonus only if you want the balance gone.
trustWhen do free spins winnings land in my account?+
Winnings reach your wallet after the wagering is complete and the 29-hour verification finishes. Withdrawals start at NZ$24 and cap at NZ$57,000, and payments normally land in about 16 minutes once approved. Photo identification, proof of address and a payment card image are the documents the checks look for.
trustWhy can't I change how much each spin is worth?+
Every spin runs at a fixed value set by the offer, so the stake cannot be raised or lowered by hand. A spin on Starlight Princess pays 0.10 and a Sweet Bonanza 1000 spin pays 0.20, whatever you would prefer. The named slot is the only place the spins play.
trustCan I get spins that carry no wagering at all?+
No code inside the welcome or dep_fs group carries a wager of zero, so each spin offer here attaches wagering to its winnings. The 20 spins on Koi Gate and the 15 on Starburst in the extras group do show a wager of 0. Those two arrive through verification and a completed profile, not through a deposit.
trustCan I treat the spin value as money I already own?+
Spin value is the stake placed per spin, not a prize, so a 0.10 spin can return nothing or more than 0.10. Across 25 spins at 0.10 the nominal figure is NZ$2.50, and the worked estimate puts the expected win near NZ$2.41 at 96.5% return. Winnings from those spins count as bonus money under the 60x rule.
